1/3 bottle black strap molasses
3 pounds ground beef
1/3 medium size bottle vegetable oil
1 regular size box Total Cereal (crushed)
1/2 barrel Quaker Oats (the kind you have to cook)
1/3 jar Wheat Germ
3 packets unflavored gelatin
