Poll to Parent Breed Clubs


Hello, we, as a few AKC registered poodle owners, would like to take a little of your time  to find out how our National Specialty compares to other breed national specialty shows.  Be aware that we are not doing this under the auspices of the PCA (Poodle Club of America) but just as interested poodle owners.  We will send the results on to our parent club for their information to use as they deem fit.  We will also send you the results of our poll if you are interested.

1.      Do you have an Annual National Specialty Show?  yes - each October in conjunction with <Montgomery County kennel Club - on the campus of Temple University in Ambler, PA (ALL TERRIERS)


2.      If so, where has it been held for the last five years?  Where will your next show be held?  ( see previous)


3.      Do you offer performance events at this show?  Yes - just recently ( ;last wto years)- is growing in attendance


4.      If so, which ones and how many days are devoted to each event?

5.      What type of membership do you offer


i.         Must be voted in for full membership


ii.       Full membership (voting) and Associate (non-voting) - fullmembership - is 18 yrs and older - good standing with AKC, etc, non-voting is Jr. membership ( less than 18yrs.)  and then Liftime Membership - membership for 35 yrs. (voting)


iii.Open membership (anyone can join and vote.)
